How to Support Us
Our PTA is run by volunteers for the benefit of our children and their school. With regular cuts to government funding, schools in general are becoming increasingly dependent on PTAs for help to pay for equipment, facilities and the Minibus.
By running the Corsham Primary PTA as a registered charity, we ensure the monies raised goes directly back into the school to provide much needed items that will enrich our children’s education.
We would be delighted to have you join us for your ideas and stewardship, just look out for the email of up and coming meetings.’
I’d like to be involved but I don’t have much time to give…
Being a member of Corsham Primary PTA is totally flexible. Give as little or as much of your time as you want. Providing an hour or two to help out on a stall at the Christmas Fayre or Summer Fayre can make all the difference, as does baking a cake for the school’s cake sales, helping out at school discos, looking after the kids during bedtime stories and refreshments at school events. All of your time is spent making school more of a community for our children, memories they will carry into adulthood..
If you’re able to spare more time and join the Committee, or perhaps take the lead on organising a key event, we’d also like to hear from you. You can join a meeting at any time and it’s a great opportunity to meet and socialise with other parents too.
