Our Insurers have recently changed their rules regarding all third parties. Therefore, I must ask that you complete the form attached to this email and return it with any supporting documents that are required to complete your stall booking.
- All stallholders must have public liability insurance, if you do not have this, it can be bought via most comparison websites for around £10 a month.
Any stallholder that does not return this to us prior to the event will not be permitted on site on the day and their payment will NOT be returned.
2. Any stallholder wishing to sell food items, please note that we have Biscuit decorating, BBQ (burgers and hot dogs), tea, coffee, cold drinks, and alcohol provided by The PTA. Please don’t apply if you wish to sell any of these.
3. To sell other food items you will need to email us proof of your food hygiene certificate and your food standards agency rating and any other licenses you permit to sell your products to the public.
4. The stall is entirely the stallholder’s responsibility, including any tables, signs, and decorations. We cannot provide any of these or electrical power.
5. The stall may NOT be sublet without the organisers’ specific written consent.
6. The event will be publicised via posters, school online comms, school newsletter and social media.
7. All stall holders will need to bring their own equipment. We cannot provide any of these or electrical power. Electrical equipment needs to have a valid PAT test.
8. We cannot guarantee the number of people attending the event, or the level of sales generated.
9. Parking is available in the school car park, but cannot be guaranteed.
10. All payments for stalls must be received no later than Tuesday 14th November 2023.
11. Please ensure you stipulate exactly what items/services you plan to sell/provide. However, this returning your form is not an acceptance by us of your proposed products. Once on site, you may be asked to remove a product or service at the organiser’s discretion.
12. All stall holders should be actively sharing and promoting this event amongst their own followers on social media and mailing lists to increase potential attendance at the event.
